At Nova Abstract, every item is made to order.
Because our artwork is produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering mistakes.
However, customer satisfaction is important to us.
If your order arrives
• damaged
• defective
• incorrect
• or with a printing/manufacturing issue
please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

• clear photographs of the product and packaging
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.
As our products are custom made, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
